Partially leadership dominantly influence on work motivation. Further on Structural 2 showed those: The leadership, school culture, competence and work motivation both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on teacher\u27s performance with contribution (R2) 77%. Viewed as partial, the leadership had dominantly toward teacher\u27s performance. Concerning on direct and indirect effect that work motivation was being full mediating. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, work ethic and discipline on the employees performance either partially or simultaneously of Social Rehabilitation Institution Pamardi Khusnul Khotimah at Tangerang Selatan. The results showed that organizational culture based on partial test was positive and significant effect on the performance of 76,2%, while work ethos can be good too was positive and significant effect on the performance of 72,2%, then work discipline also was positive and significant effect on the performance of 73%. The result of correlation coefficient (R2) of 76,7% can be summed up the effect of the variable X1 (organizational culture),  X2 (work ethos) and X3 (discipline) to variable Y (employees performance) where the relationship is positive. The results of calculation for 53.874 F-value further consultation with the F-table with dk = k numerator and denominator dk = (nk-1) with a 5% error level the importance of the F table = 2,80. Provisions applicable for F-value greater than F-table (53.874  > 2,80), it can be stated that the multiple correlation is significant. Thus the null hypothesis (H0) that states there is no effect between organizational culture, work ethos and discipline influence on employees performance is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepte

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) and Its Effect on Stock Return. The research sample was taken from 5 transport company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have been through the process in accordance with the criteria of sample or random sampling method. Data analysis methods used in the study panel data analysis method using Eviews program. Results showed partial EVA has no real effect, with significant values of 0.2661, while MVA and significant influence on Return Stocks with significant value of 0.0463 as indicated by the results of the test statistic t. While simultaneously or jointly Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) influence on Stock Return, this is evidenced by the results of the test statistic f the significant value of 0.038

Performance analysis of spatial modulation aided NOMA with full-duplex relay

    Get PDF
A spatial modulation aided non-orthogonal multiple access with full-duplex relay (SM-NOMA-FDR) scheme is proposed for the coordinated direct and relay transmission in this paper. Specifically, the signal of the near user is mapped to an M-ary modulated symbol and the signal of the far user is mapped to an SM symbol. The base station first transmits signals to the near user and relay via SM-NOMA, and then the relay decodes and retransmits the signal of the far user. An SM-assisted FDR is used in this scheme to improve the spectral efficiency while reducing energy consumption and making full use of the antenna resources at the relay, since SM only activates one antenna in each transmission. We derive the ergodic capacity and bit error rate of the proposed scheme over independent Rayleigh fading channels. Numerical results validate the accuracy of the theoretical analysis and show the superior performance of the proposed SM-NOMA-FDR scheme

Background: Toddler and pre-school coverage of Stimulation of Early Detection and Early Growth and Development (SDIDTK) in Keramasan Public Health Centre Kertapati-District in 2 the last year (2013 and 2014) didn't reach a target for strategic planning of Palembang Health Department. The level of activeness the SDIDTK implementing officers in working area Keramasan Public Health Centre only reached 78%. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the implementing officers performance in the implementation of SDIDTK in Keramasan Public Health Centre Kertapati-District 2015. Method: This study used a cross-sectional. The Samples are implementing officers of SDIDTK, totaling 88 persons selected by simple random sampling. Taking data was done in Keramasan Public Health Centre 2015 using questionnaire. The analysis were performed using chi-square test and multiple logistic regression test. Result: Bivariate analysis results showed knowledge (p=0,000), motivation (p=0,016), infranstructures (p=0,000), funding (p=0,001), and monitoring system (p=0,02) correlated with the performance of SDIDTK implementing officers. Reward (p=0,599) didn't have correlation with it. Multivariate analysis results showed that the most dominant factor with it was knowledge (Exp(B)=76,262). Conclusion: The performance of the implementing officers in implementation of the SDIDTK didn't reach a target which targeted by Indonesian Health Ministry 2008 is influenced by knowledge, motivation, infrastructures, funding, and monitoring system. Be expected to goverments, it is Keramasan Public Health Centre and Palembang Health Department as a stakeholders to take measures to improve the performance of the implementing officers in implementation of SDIDTK

This study aims to assess performance of Regional Budget (APBD) which includes revenues, spending/expenditures and financing activities of Jayawijaya Government. The data used was the budgeted and realization of Revenue, Spending/Expenditure and Financing activities of Jayawijaya regency from 2010 to 2014. The analysis techniques used was a qualitative approach through various financial ratios. To calculate revenues performance this study employed Variant Analysis (differences of) Budget Revenue, Revenue Growth, Degree of Independence of the region, Regional Reliance to the central government, Degree of Decentralization, Local Tax Effectiveness and Overlay analysis to measure performance of the generated income. Meanwhile to measure expenditure used Variant Analysis (difference) Budgeted Expenditure, Growth of Regional Expenditure, Synchronization of Governmental Spending, Spending Effectiveness and Overlay analysis to measure overall spending/expenditures performance. Following the analysed data, the study obtained following results: 1) Jayawijaya's revenue performance during 2010 to 2014 based on the overlay analysis was not good. The main caused was due to low degree of the region financial independence, high degree of fiscal dependence for external funding as well as the low degree of fiscal decentralization, 2) Spending/Expenditure Performance of Jayawijaya from 2010 to 2014 was good.
